2 - 3 Bedroom $ 135.00 per month
4 - 5 Bedroom $ 165.00 per month
Villas
1 - 3 Bedroom $ 155.00 per month
4 - 5 Bedroom $ 175.00 per month
Basic Fee includes Weekly inspection (checking lights, water, Internet, telephone & cable), Monthly accounting, Gas, Water, Electric, Internet & T.V. bill payments)
OPTIONAL SERVICES: Meet & Greet at airport, Shopping, Contracting Maid Service,Supervising Subcontractors, Painter, Electricians etc, Concierge Services.
Out town service 15 kms. of Jalicso is US$ 15.00 per visit.
